William Warner of Morriston, Florida was arrested in October 2023 for Aggravated Child Abuse. He served a prison sentence and was released to supervised probation. He wasn’t permitted to leave Ocala, Florida.
In November 2025 Levy County Sheriff’s Office Uniformed Patrol responded to an address in Morriston, Florida to allegations of sexual misconduct by William Warner. Levy County Sheriff’s Deputies assisted Department of Children and Families conducted initial interviews and determined further investigation was required.
Levy County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Detectives Corporal Mike McNeil and Detective Ryan Sullivan continued the investigation. Three juveniles were forensically interviewed by the University of Florida Child Protection Team. Detectives McNeil and Sullivan interviewed numerous individuals and seized Warner vehicle for further analysis. The investigation concluded in the arrest of William Warner for 3 counts of Lewd and Lascivious Molestation.
