Civil Division

The duties of the Civil Division include execution of all civil and criminal processes within the limits of Levy County, Florida. The Civil Division also provides a Bailiff for court hearings and maintains courtroom protocol providing protection to citizens, judges, and jurors during trials, hearings and provides courthouse security (Levy County Courthouse) Judicial Wing. Our Civil Division serves, process documents Subpoena’s, Summons and all other documents for civil and criminal cases.
