The Levy County Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) and Sex Offender Unit assisted by the Patrol Division conducted compliance checks on registered sex offenders/predators. Detectives and Deputies found 7 registered sex offenders/predators were out of compliance with their registration requirements. Individual investigations were launched into each violation which resulted in 7 arrests.
• Arrested on 11/3/25 Joseph Christopher Vanderbush (DOB 1/25/64), 4 counts of Sex Offender Violations
• Arrested on 11/13/25 Bracey Lake Absher (DOB 7/10/86), 20 counts of Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material
• Arrested on 11/20/25 Quinta Samuel Shellington (DOB 2/6/91), Probation Violation
• Arrested on 12/2/25 Jerome Horation Clemens (DOB 5/26/77), 2 counts of Sex Offender Violations
• Arrested on 12/2/25 Reginald Eugene Symonette (DOB 8/18/77), Probation Violation
• Arrested on 12/5/25 Bradley James Kelly (DOB 8/10/92), 3 counts of Sex Offender Violations
• Arrested on 12/6/25 Edwin Junior Rolon (DOB 6/10/93), 4 counts of Sex Offender Violations
The Levy County Sheriff’s Office Sex Offender Unit Detectives diligently track each and every offender/predator registered in Levy County. They ensure each remain compliant with their registration requirements set forth by the State of Florida and FDLE. Those found out of compliance will be arrested and prosecuted. Their dedication to our public ensuring these offenders living in our community follow these special laws and if found violating any, hold them accountable.
