Three Men Arrested In Morriston On Indoor Grow House


MEDIA RELEASE Date:                January 19, 2010 Time:                11:00 AM   Morriston, Florida-On January 12, 2010 Deputy Joseph Sabbag arrested Eric Gabriel Flaquer, Nicholas Hernandez and Domingo Jimenez for manufacturing and cultivation of marijuana, possession of cannabis over 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.   The Levy County Sheriff’s Office Drug Task Force and the Drug Enforcement Administration executed a drug search warrant at 19850 SE 62 Place in Morriston.  The investigation revealed that the three suspects were operating an indoor grow house and manufacturing and cultivating marijuana.  The grow house was equipped with automatic watering, lights and fertilizing systems.  Inside the residence the suspects had over one (1) pound of processed marijuana and smoking pipes.   The Drug Agents confiscated a 2005 Ford King Ranch 4×4 dually valued over $ 20,000 and the drugs had a street valued over $ 65,000 dollars.   Defendants:   Eric Gabriel Flaquer 19850 SE 62 Place Morriston, Fl White Male, 10/17/83   Nicholas Hernandez-Jimenez 19850 SE 62 Place Morriston, Fl White Male, 01/21/86   Domingo Froilan Jimenez 19850 SE 62 Place Morriston, Fl White Male 02/04/61 ###
